Widely regarded as a seasoned and skillful professional, Sean-David Cunningham started playing the violin when he was four years old in Brooklyn, NY. He holds a Bachelor of Music in violin performance from the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University.

A well-traveled seasoned performer and arranger, Sean-David Cunningham specializes in crossover and multi-genre works. He has been a member of Sylvana Joyce and The Moment since its inception in 2010, performing with them across the U.S. and Canada. They are the current band for The Last Match, A Pro Wrestling Rock Experience and are preparing for a world tour culminating in a Las Vegas residency throughout 2024

Recent notable performances include An Orchestral Tribute to the Notorious B.I.G at Lincoln Center in late 2022 and Revive Orchestra with Busta Rhymes at Carnegie Hall in early 2023

Currently, Sean-David lives in Jersey City, NJ and has been passing on his skills to students ranging from 3 years old to adulthood in private lessons and group classes since 2009. When he's not teaching, Sean-David plays in a variety of ensembles encompassing many genres, including classical, rock, folk, blues, and jazz. His captivating, high-energy performances delight his audiences, as he blends musicianship, creativity, and tradition into an unforgettable sound.
